Shipping

Everything ships from Northern California. We pack and hand off orders ourselves, so there is no warehouse between you and us.

How long it takes

We pack and ship orders within 2–4 business days, then it's a few more days in transit depending on the service you pick and how far you are from us. You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

We don't ship on weekends or holidays, so those days don't count toward the 2–4.

What it costs

Orders over $200 get free standard shipping, anywhere in the US. Below that, and for faster service, the cost depends on what you pick and is shown at checkout before you pay.

How things are packed

Ceramics and glass go out double-boxed. Lamps ship in the studio's own packaging with additional padding around it. We'd rather a box look over-built than have you open a cracked cup.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Nowhere else for now — we'd like to widen that, but we want to get the first stretch right before we take on customs paperwork.

If something goes wrong

If a package is lost, delayed past a reasonable window, or arrives damaged, email hello@juniperobjects.com with your order number. For damage, photos of the box and the piece help us sort it out quickly — see the returns page for what happens next.
